Mission
Our mission is to provide elite behavioral services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
We provide support in the form of behavioral therapy and consultation to decrease challenging behaviors for children with ASD. Through teaching families strategies to use in the home they can successfully manage those challenging behaviors outside of our sessions.
We provide ongoing assistance and support for the child and their families and facilitate their transition back to a school setting if desired. We do this for all the children of color with special needs who lack access to adequate health care services and practitioners that look like them. We do this by faith in our abilities and training, as well as with the support and assistance of a highly experienced team.

Tonikka Davenport MS, BCBA, LBA
Tonikka Davenport is a central Texas native who joined the world of ABA in 2016. After graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Human Development and Family Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin in 2013, Tonikka explored several career options, including nurse-midwifery and entrepreneurship.
In 2016, Tonikka was introduced to a BCBA who encouraged her to direct her talents toward assisting children and adolescents with ASD. Practicing as a Registered Behavior Technician led to Tonikka furthering her education. In 2019, Tonikka obtained her Master of Science degree in Psychology specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis and became a licensed Behavior Analyst in 2020. Tonikka’s experience includes private clinical, school, and in-home settings.
Tonikka is currently pursuing a doctoral degree while continuing to focus on disseminating ABA resources to communities of color.
